A bit about me!
Hi I am Ross and I run this blog! I have been into running for as long as I can remember and have recently broadened my horizons and started entering triathlons and endurance races. As a result, this blog is about the running, cycling and swimming that I do, the races that I enter and the adventures that I have along the way.
I also put together some product reviews about the kit that helps me train, so if you are in the market for a new pair of running shoes or a GPS watch then you should read some of the product tests that I have written as they offer lots of technical details as well as training advice on how to use them. I have always had a thing for gadgets and Triathlon is a very technical sports so there are always lots of new products to keep me buys reviewing.
I guess my crowning glory to date was the UK ironman that I entered with a few friends back in July. I finished in 12 hourd 45 minutes which I was incredibly happy about considering that the IM was only my second ever triathlon and my first ever marathon (which I managed in 4 hours 36 seconds!).
The plans for this year are to enter some more marathons and possibly another Ironman….Lanzarote here I come!
If you would like to get in touch for any reason then feel free to drop me an email!

Good blog. It’s good to see another fiend looking to put their body through the mill. Inspiring read, keep up the good work. If you want another challenge then maybe think about taking on a Mountain Marathon. I’ve done a few and am looking at an ironman for 2012.
