Nike Hyperfuse Max Men’s Training Shoe
The Nike Hyperfuse Max is a great all rounder, perfect for gym, track and road training sessions. Light, dynamic and with great traction, this shoe has everything you need and because it has been designed with training in mind it’s perfect for more than just running. It’s beneficial to get an all round regime in place when preparing for a big race, whether that be to include circuit training sessions, gym work or other sports like tennis. The Nike Hyperfuse Max is great for all of these meaning you can spend less time worrying about what shoes to wear and more time getting ready for that big race!
The Nike Hyperfuse Max is both light weight and versatile, despite being suitable for most runners (long and short distance) this shoe has been specifically designed for training with traction being a key focus. The ‘waffle’ pattern design on the heel provides great traction whilst the forefoot flex grooves provide added flexibility for a more natural movement – great for when doing circuit training or sprint sessions where that extra grip is required to enable you to change direction quickly. The extra rubber that wraps around the toe provides increased grip and durability, perfect for when doing such exercises as push ups or the plank.
No Nike Hyperfuse Max Review would be complete if we didn’t talk about the more technical side of the shoe. The technical features of the shoe include the Hyperfuse Max concept which has been designed to provide exceptional breathability, by fusing three different layers of material to create an almost seamless one-piece upper. This ultimately prevents any discomfort or rubbing from protruding seams as well as plenty of ventilation. The shoe also features an extra built in stability feature at the outsole to help keep the foot in place and prevent it from rolling during side-to-side movements.
A further design benefit is the Max Air unit in the heel of the shoe that provides maximum cushioning and impact protection, hence is perfect for long distance running as well as drill sessions where a variety of activity may be taking place, from jumping to jogging you can be sure you are getting the support you need. The shoes also features a full-length Phylon midsole which offers additional lightweight cushioning. To make the fit even more comfortable, the tongue of the shoe features specialist foam that molds itself to the shape of your foot, this ensures maximum comfort and a snug fit, just what you need for those more challenging drill sessions!

Nice review! I switched to the Hyperfuse trainers a few weeks ago and haven’t looks back since. I used to wear Asics but after picking up hockey again after a spell of injury I managed to get though three pairs due to the outside sole wearing down too quickly. Hopefully the Hyperfuses will cope much better.
nice post, thanks for sharing this.

Sorry to hear about your injury Tim. Hopefully the Hyperfuses will help keep you playing hockey and running for many years to come! Let me know how you get on with them as it is always nice to hear from people who use the shoes for a variety of different sports and to see how the shoes perform under different conditions!.
No problem Nancy – nice website btw.
